You may use this application if:
- You are an undergraduate special student who:
- is planning to enroll only in undergraduate level course work, i.e.; courses numbered 010-499, for either credit or audit (apply as a graduate special student if you plan to register for graduate level courses, i.e.; courses numbered 500-799, or for both undergraduate and graduate-level courses.)
- has a high school diploma or equivalent (students still in high school should NOT complete this form, but should apply for admission as a High School Special Student through the Office of Admissions. Instructions are available at http://www.uwec.edu/admissions/special.htm.)
- is not planning to earn an undergraduate degree from UW-Eau Claire (if you wish to earn either a first or second undergraduate degree from UW-Eau Claire, it is in your best interest to apply for admission as a degree-seeking student through the Office of Admissions.

- You are a graduate special student who:
- is planning to enroll in graduate-level course work, i.e. courses numbered 500-799, or in a combination of both graduate and undergraduate courses for either credit or audit.
- holds a bachelor's degree.
- is not currently admitted to a graduate program at UW-Eau Claire.
